Known as the Burton Farmer's Gin Association Feed Mill for many years, this building was rebuilt in 1948 on the site of the Knipstein/Bauer Gin. The building provided feed and grist mill services for the Burton area until the 1990s. The building is listed as a non-contributing site in the Burton Historic District through the National Register of Historic Places. In 2014, the building was purchased by Rita, Inc. and restoration work was completed for its use as an auction house and offices for Market Realty, Inc.
