The old Lavaca County Jail at 200 N. Main Street in Hallettsville, Texas sits on 1.8 acres and consists of several buildings which include the handsome 1885 jail structure and later additions. The jail contains 18 cells, offices, kitchen and a fenced yard.
Film clients must bring their own power/lighting sources for their projects. Currently, the site is available for filming "as-is". For examples of a recent film client check out this YouTube video by South Texas Afterlife Researchers (STAR).
