In almost ten years, Rita Properties, llc, has restored and rehabilitated many buildings from homes to businesses. In 2006-2007, work began on a building located on Main Street in Burton, Texas. Built in 1922 as a general merchandise store but known for the bulk of its years as a cafe and office for the local Justice of the Peace.
